Legally, a moderator isn't allowed to read a PM unless it's reported. The person reporting it is sharing the content. He did not share the content. He just said that he had seen it. And said you were lying based on that. Kind of embarrassing really.

This thread topic wasn't technically about 964s, it was about bait and switch scams, but you already know that. Surprised you actually read the whole thread and then still felt the need to weigh in.

As for your comments regarding my post? One member, who is trustworthy enough to be a moderator, has a word that people believe. The other member has a long history of weird and questionable behavior around here. I wouldn't expect someone, who openly says he doesn't spend time here, to know the difference.

... and the funny thing is that all this happened or not happen in BAT and none of these "same few guys" are even over there, as far as I can tell!, as participants. It's comical.

I have no beef with the guy. I understand how following three different conversation within in one thread can cause us to loose some of the facts.

I will admit I think he is pathetic with his PM's he sends to people when he doesn't like what they post. So I made a joke about it.

He responds with a false claim of notifying moderators about an insulting PM he received.
I felt the need to let everyone know that wasn't true. No report from him was ever made. Every moderator from every section receives emails about reported PM's and the content of the PM.
I got two notifications today. They are usually scam reports and very rarely harassments.

WG proceeded to make more claims about contacting Pelican and that I am lying about being a moderator. I chose to respond with proof.

Honestly outside of my initial ribbing about the PM's he has been the aggressor and person with the "beef"

I just think it’s the same guys constantly looking to stir the pot. How can anyone on a open Public Forum understand the facts, it’s a Forum plain and simple. The author started out slamming another scam in buying a 964 Who cares?

Yes I read the tread totally (why not) because anything about 964 I read, ok
Next just try to tune back on bashing. The comments are not founded on facts...most of this is noise with little value. I appreciate Cobalts insight and other members too. Thanks

a quick check revealed an uncommon use of a space, then multiple periods to close a sentence. maybe i watch too many crime shows, but it's a strange, unique sentence composition tick.
