Dang. That's awesome. Really awesome. Is it older or newer? (From the Luigi Chinetti days or '80s?). Any tools to go with it?

Jealous man.

Yes, I was given a spoon....

I am in a fifth-generation business bravely founded in an immigrant's grocery store. I can assure you in my forty years working here I have made contributions that have positively altered the organization and have certainly bettered my family. These accomplishments are recognized as mine. This does not diminish the foundation laid for me by both sacrifices and investments of my Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather.

I have been here for a while and for the most part I have found it to be a humble community. A community that shares what it is proud of.... businesses, families and Porsche's.
That was my point exactly. Wasn't pursuing anything really just making a point. I respect what you've done. Who cares what anyone has done really. Someone brags about being an entrepreneur is fine. I made my point about it too so what is the problem for my part in this discussion? NY Nick said I love a young entrepreneur. Then it turned into what or where this motivation comes from. Rich Dad, Poor Dad etc. I just chimed in with my experience. Didn't turn it into a negative, just conjecture on a point.

You replied guys on MPF had no spoons in general, but now you admit you had one. Don't see the problem here. Just conjecture on life experience or what motivation instrumental or not that makes one any sort of entrepreneur.

Not sure, bought it off Craigslist in the early 2000's when I was living in NYC.

Thanks for your viewpoint. I will consider it.

See, Noodles is dam solid dude. I figured that all along even though we've never met irl the way he carries himself here. I'm honored to have heard a lil more about him with what he posted above. I loathe the fact that he felt he needed to type that out in an aircooled car value thread.

the specific thread is not the problem here.

Thank You......

The Porsche Market has been on fire for the last 15 years. Constantly ebbing and flowing. I find it interesting and want to talk about it. This forum was known for the best discussions attracting some of the most knowledgeable in the community like G450, Trader220, 9146, sithot, MIB and soterik to name a few.

It would be nice to see if we can recapture at least some of the conversation.

agreed. I like Macroni too! He has always been kind to me... PLUS we have both been to Russia when Russia was still the Soviet Union. We have that and Porsche 911s and Pasta/Italy in common. I think I like the man, always have!

I find it funny that some people just like to low ball you on a 911 that not only has not been offered for sale, but I have repeatedly stated that it is the last car that I would ever sell, plus, I am leaving it to a good friend since he will outlive me. So when someone says the have $5K burning a hole in their pocket.

When I tell him that would not buy the Fuchs off my car(better yet, the factory sport seats) he tells me that I am on Crack. Well, I would have to be on Crack to ever consider such a BS offer, especially since I have no interest or desire to sell any of my 911s.
