I've always had a thing for the late Kremer and Toad Hall ST's:

......not to mention Armin Knupfing 'red' car which pretty much captures what I'm thinking about:

Eventually plan to return my car to it's factory delivery colour of light yellow and run an ST front bumper with a pair of S fender coolers :)

Martin....
what size and type of tires did you install on your 15x9 and 15x11 Fuchs?

Car really looks great.

That will look very cool. There is a locally-owned original RS I have had the good fortune to look at close up that is light yellow. It is a great colour.

Michelin TB5's (harder compound version of TB15), the fronts are 215 55 15 (18/60) and the rears are 270 45 15 (23/62) - could go bigger but the Michelins nicely fill the arches and still have plenty of tread whilst the mechanical grip (in the dry) is astounding :)

Great article on the 2010 Euro Tour by John Glynn in the October edition of 911 and Porsche World:

I believe that banana yellow smudge in the background may just be mine

Great thread Martin. Car looks great (understatement;)) and I love all the little (and not so little) tweeks you have done to it.

I'm biased, but I think the text sidestripe just looks better on widebody cars.

Silverstone Classic

Finally managed to get back to the UK on business this year, so no choice but to collect my 72t from Bob Watson Engineering and head directly to the Silverstone Classic.

Thanks to Phillip B and his 911 TR a very nice SS 'rally' exhaust has just landed:

I suspect with the 'caps off' it will be 'very loud' and with the 'caps on' it will be 'very loud' - Mrs G certainly ain't going to like it :)

PCGB 50th Anniversary Festival

The 72t was keeping some good company (in my absence) on Bob Watson Engineering' trade stand at the recent PCGB thing in Cirencester:
