Thanks a lot Martin and no problem for english filth because i'm near from you , In Lille in North of France, and i have the same weather in GB.
![]() with this pict i see better what i must do. when you see ![]() the hole who seems a reverse L , do you think it's better to have a small tab on the tube that fits into the bottom of the L? as if the clamp had to let go of the cap would remain in place. for memory its for my handmade RSR muffler ![]() for this RSR evocation DIY http://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsche-911-technical-forum/600186-new-2-8-rsr-evocation.html

Fuel Tank Guard
Having been fleeced for the 110 litre tank I thought it was probably wise to purchase a underbody (factory replica) 'domex' tank guard from Chris Flavell at Fenn Lane Motorsport in Nuneaton.
![]() ![]() ![]() During the following 3500 miles jaunt around Europe the underside of the car took a real hammering (particularly with the many French potholes) so the tank guard turned out to be a critical investment - should be compulsory for anyone with a plastic tank. Martin |

Hey Martin! Thanks for those photos. I can only image how spectacular it must be navigating a 911 through those parts of Europe. Your car, and the rest of them look fantastic. One day... one day.

Great tour, Martin! Was that the Stelvio Pass in the Dolomites? (I'm hopefully going to ride that pass on my bicycle next summer if everything lines up right.(
