72' Front valence value

Came across a 72' front valence taken off the car in 73'. Been collecting dust since. What's this chunk worth? Anyone need it? Brian

Depends on whether or not it's an "S" valance...fiberglass aftermarket ones are a dime a dozen, steel "S" front bumpers are worth some coin if straight.

It's metal, has the cut-outs for the driving lights and is dead straight. Silver and still has the 34 year old bug guts on it. Not sure if that one was an "S" or not...I was only 8 and into dirt bikes at the time. And as I recall was sold within a year for a 74' which definitely was an S.
I'll take a pic and post it I guess.

Must be from a T or an E. The "S' front spoiler didn't come with fog light cut-outs. Here's a 1972 "S", mine, with it's original spoiler bumper. This was the first year this bumper shape appeared. Note the fog lights are the through the airhorn grilles type. T's or E's came with the bumpers simply rolled back, and they had the fog light cutouts. However, the "S" spoiler was optional on all 911 models...

The "S" bumpers in steel are worth some coin. The T or E bumpers were made for all models since 1969, and perhaps earlier. Therefore, more plentiful, and less valuable.
