Check out this 72 tii for $59k

I thought the early 911s were expensive. Porsche content, lots of early 911s sold here.

sorry thats just insane
that cars was way under 5900 new, way way under
wonder what they would want for a turbo 2002?
thats the rare collectable 2002 not the tii

btw swap in a stock 320i motor
instant 2002tii clone

btw I have owned 1602 and a 2002 [70]
nice little cars but not worth more then a new M3

Cool car, but yeah, way out there in price.

320i's have a pretty lame 1.8L with CIS injection while the tii's have a 2.0 with MFI. Different beasts.

yes CIS vs MFI but NOT ALL 320i are 1.8
the early 320i has a full 2.0
and about the same power as the tii

Something like this was bound to happen. That first stone chip is going to hurt a lot.

There is a beautiful 72 2002 with an M42 1.8 16v engine swap on ebay right now. This is a more difficult swap than an E30 S14 motor, but the bonus is 30+ mpg, EFI mgmt, hydraulic lifters, and though stock you only have tii (M42-134 bhp) power, a chip and ported throttle body nets ~155 at the crank. Plenty in a small bumper car.

I'd rather have that than a tii.
