Any thoughts on a 1999 C2?

I just read a great article on the 993's that was in the November 06 issue of excellence. Does anyone know of "an all you need to know" article on the 996's?

All you need to know is to stay away from the first 3 or so years they were made.

Seriously though, I highly recommend you stay with the air cooled stuff until you are ready to buy a 997.

All of the British Porsche mags have done buyer's guides on the 996 fairly recently, I think. There was also a good write-up on them in the premiere issue of Total 911.
