I have a 1979 complete 3.0 I might be selling, i has around 120K miles and runs great, what is this engine worth?

Depending on the head stud condition, cylinder type (Nikasil vs Alusil) and leakdown numbers. A normal, 120K USA spec engine would probably go from 4- 5K It will sell better/quicker if it has common upgrade features such as carrera tensioners, 930 exhaust covers and a pop off valve. I paid $5500 for 930/10 euro SC last spring for my racecar. No records, tensioners, popoff valve either. It was a desirable engine to have. YMMV
