To amplify that the best way to check out a car is to LOOK at it, IN PERSON! A personal look is better than a hundred certificates, plaques, ppi's, paperworks, badges, etc. By personal I mean the buyer himself. You need to be happy with car that's the most important thing. Just make sure you like it. That's all.
