What's she worth?

Hey guys...I'm toying with the idea of selling my '80SC. I had it for sale about a month ago, but I just couldn't get myself to do it.

Here's the deal. I bought the car this last March, from a local guy here in Indy. He was a race engineer for Chip Ganassi Racing. I'm the 4th owner of the car. The first owner sold the car to his mechanic, the mechanic sold the car to the race engineer, and I bought it from him.

The car has a steel body kit, with a great job done on the inner welds. It has the correct bumpers, etc. It LOOKS like a real 930.

The engine was rebuilt around 8K miles ago, by the guys at Ganassi Racing (I have all of the receipts). No a single leak, not a single puff of smoke. It is TIGHT. the car just turned 130K miles, and I have receipts for over 6K in parts alone in the last few years.

Last week, I just did a complete brake job on the car, and it's running great. (I also just adjusted the mixture).

The only real issue, is that the headlight dimmer switch is not working. I have low beams, but I need to replace the stalk on it. Heck, even the clock works.

The actual paint is probably about a 7/10.....it has some chips and a small whoopty in the hood where the PO closed the hood on something. I used to run a body shop, so I am super critical of it. 90% of people don't even notice the dent.

Mechanically, I'd say that it's a 9.5 out of 10.

If I were to sell this thing again, what would be a fair asking price? I know it's an SC, but if somebody wanted to do an IROC backdate, or keep the turbo-look, they are already set.

The interior is about a 7/10....all original.

Requires a certain buyer, I think. 14-16K if the work is done well?
