Cup 1 wheels were optional on regular 964s and 968s and standard on the 928GTS so, they weren't limited to only 911 turbos. If they were forged Magnesium instead of aluminum, then they would be rare. They also can be work on "late" 944s and Boxsters and 993.
Lots of Cup 1s seem to go for $500-800 depending on condition.

good info, thanks.
The wheels show a formulation of AlSi7Mg0.4wa. So there's some magnesium in the alloy, but is there enough? I'm guessing no... ![]() |
