NADA Guides Questions

Hi Folks,

Does anyone know what the people at NADA Guides base their pricing estimates on? They seem completely out of whack - too high IMO.

dealer reported sales
and yes they are HIGH
try to use loan value as a real price guide for used cars
but old P car prices are not their thing at all
