66 912 value

I have an opportunity for a 66 912. I am asking for a little feedback on value. Here are the bullets.
Solid body. Some very minor rust issues.
Had a respray 6-7 years ago.
Matching numbers.
Solid mechanicals.
Painted red, factory color was light ivory.
Overall a good driver.

I am by no means an expert on 912's, but my impression is that the cars that bring anything north of about $12-$13k are swb cars restored to a high standard, with original colors, configuration and options being critical.
