Reasonable price for a 84 3.2 with 29000 miles

Hello guys,
I am trying to see how much would be a reasonable offer for this car.
The car is Guards/black 84 coupe with 29k miles. Both exterior and interior are in excellent shape; I think it's as clean as it can get condition wise.
There are some service records, but not complete. No major worked done to the car other than regular scheduled maintenance.
The car has tool kit and tire pumper.
2 owners
What do you guys think?
Thanks a lot!

I would say 17k to possibly 24 k. It's kind of surprising the low miles don't add as much value ad you might think..

Abby, what about the red 86 with black rims 86 k miles, asking 18ish? Free shipping. Great autocheck score? Rims aren't for me but, seems reasonably priced. Are you trying to get car with lowest miles possible?

Tim,
Thanks! I think under 100k miles is considered to be low mileage, but would definitely prefer something between 40k - 60k miles.
Where the car is located? Location plays a big role as transportation/time/effort can add 2-3 grand on top of the price easily.
There is another car at north Chicago, 86/guards/black/70k miles, great condition asking 17k. I emailed them yesterday and they told me there is a pending offer on it. I like it, but very far from where i live.

Abby, where are you located? I recently purchased an 86 coupe with fairly high mileage 178k, but had 25k on rebuild.pretty clean...no mechanical issues, no rust...paid16,500.00...only reason I considered was the documented rebuild...also had new struts shocks, clutch and transmission gone thru. Just to give you some point of reference...was a California car....plenty to choose from out here...

Thanks Tim!
I am in Abbotsford, BC, 150 miles north of Seattle. A car located in west coast will be ideal. I have the whole winter time to search for a car, time is definitely on my side.

that looks like a real nice car, has enough miles on it to indicate that it has been driven rather than stored. However, it will still need some help - all the suspension bushings, brake lines etc will need attention.

Thanks guys!
Tim, I enjoy the look of the black car, but i am not sure about taking care of the black paint lol
My first choice will be a guards red, silver /gray next, then white.

The owner said the car was only driven about 100 miles in the last 4 years and it's been maintained regularly. It looks like to be a very well maintained car, and I would really like to have it in my garage. I just don't have that much of a budget.

Also, IMO the car is worth 20-22k in this market. If it was a g50 car, it will sell in 26--28 range.

I don't understand how you can have a Porsche and not put miles on it...I drive mine as my everyday car. I love to drive it. How is it fun to let it sit in the garage?

I guess if you live in someplace cold and snowy a good deal of the year. I'd move to someplace better, like SoCal, so you could drive your Porsche everyday!!!
