Steering wheel value

What is fair market value for this steering wheel?
How does the horn button come off?
Does it just pull off?

Value of the wheel isn't that much but the butterfly horn is where the $$ is. It's a bayonet mount on the horn. Turn clockwise (i think) and it will come off. It's probably worth around $200-250 in it's condition.

To remove butterfly horn button - turn counter clockwise.
