Yeah. That's about what I've spent to date of refurbishing my interior and that includes new aftermarket vintage looking seats and a harness bar/half cage.

Now that I think about it I may have a '70T owners manual around here somewhere. But it would be a well used copy with greasy finger prints on it. Just like my 901 factory service manuals with supplements.

To me an original service booklet is worth half of the cars value. Would never want a car without the accessories. The manual is replaceable, though. Is the inspection pages part of the 73 manual?
