What's it worth: '71 Targa

I recently looked at a '71 Targa T that's been sitting for about 10 years.

The VIN in the trunk doesn't match the VIN in the window, which means it's probably had a wreck at some point and had the front clip replaced.

The engine is not original (a '72 2.4 I think).

The original color is signal orange (now repainted a different color).

There's some rust, I think the front pan will need replaced, there are a few holes in the floor, and probably more that I didn't/couldn't see.

Any ideas on what it's worth?

Hard to say without pictures.....Does the engine turn over by hand? MFI, or carbs? How is the top?

Wild guess of $10K? G'luck
