I even think the $45k offer is high myself, and at 33 YO I would be surprised if a head stud hasn't broken or valve guides (even at 67k miles) are not ready for refresh. Adds another $15-20K to the equation. Good that he has driven it 5000 miles recently though!

Has there ever been a car - any car, not just Porsches - advertized that was NOT always garaged? It's such a cliche that to me saying it, is almost a negative.

Percentage wise, one of the most laughable I've seen in a while.

Started at $28k, lowered to 25, 24.5, 22 now at 20, will probably eventually sell at somewhere around 1/3 or 1/4 of the original asking price. Not often you see someone price a car at 3x what it's worth.

Car was bid to $47k on BAT which is about what its worth. Seller here does not mention the accident and paint work nor the fact it needs brakes.

Its also been splashed all over craigs list for $55k and less.

It's been on CL forever. Started around $38, 39K. Down to $31 and change today.

Funny thing, with every lower tranche, the ad ended with $XX,XXX FIRM! Wonder how many offers he got $1-2K below asking along the way down.

People are happier paying $35K for a car with an asking price of $38K than paying $33K for the same car with an asking price of $33K.

That’s a lot of miles with no reference to rebuilding anything major mechanical. He’s still about $5k high.

Most recent pics with car lowered look far better. Some oil leakage on exhaust, 200K engine with no service noted, hard to say what the exterior finish looks like in photos but I think a bit high in price also.

They're not selling at over MSRP. The offer price in that listing is a joke, it will never sell at that price.
