Tale of woe on craigslist - '67 911 gone missing

Note to self - don't park a 911 in your back yard and not look for it for almost 20 years:

It's entirely possible it simply rusted into dust.

If you manage to scoop up the dust of a longhood and collect it in a jar, you can probably sell it for a few hundreds on ebay as easy resto project.

Lol, I thought I was bad. I parked my 72 in a barn for 20 years before I realized it was worth anything. But sometime in that time frame I'm pretty sure I would have noticed it missing if somebody had swiped it. Sad and hilarious

Was it even on his property? when he states " I'd asked the landlord he doesn't know s--t"
So was it on his x girl friend rental house he will not talk to?
I have friends like that, they abandon cars, bicycles, and tools at various places as they go up and down the money cycle supporting a drug habit. Then someone says hey you know that old bus you left in New Mexico? it is worth a lot of money now. Of course it is long since given away with out title.

Frankie added pics. Red with fuchs hearts.

It is parked right next to a wooden fence, like he says.

The first step in trying to find the car is to post the VIN.
Does the poster of the ad have the title to the car? Without the title or the car there is not much recourse I wouldn't think.
