1987 cab never drive with the top up in S. Arizona, don't even know anymore how the car looks with the top up.
Nothing is better than open motoring with the sun, sound of the aircooled engine, clean air, no stereo, what more.... yeah its Porsche heaven. |

In my coupes, I prefer them without sunroof. I like to keep mine closed. Now, when I drove my Alfa Spiders, I drove them around all the time with the tops down. No matter what the season, if it wasn't raining, the top was down. But I hate sunroofs. If I ever get the gumption to do it, I'll do a sunroof-delete on my coupe.

'09 Turbo Cab purchased last June is my first open car ever. Dealer said to me: "you'll have the top down more often than you think." He was right. I rarely drive with it up. Above 50 its down, I need to wear gloves below 55 to be comfortable. Only put it up for storage, parking, rain. I love that the top can be dropped or raised up to almost 30mph. I don't even have to stop to lower the top
