'86 911 Cab ROW value?

Appreciate the collectives thoughts on this.

Getting ready to list my 86 ROW Cab that ,by all appearances, looks very low miles. Almost perfect paint, trim and interior. I bought it 3 years ago and have put 10K dramaless, smokeless and dripless miles on it. When I bought it, the odometer read 18k but had been broken for around 9 years. The PO had owned it from '96 to 2013 and as service records indicate, he put 2k miles on it the first 7 years. Then, no records until 2012 when it shows the same milage as 2004. He maintained, as did his mechanic, it sat unused for years.

Carfax seems to show that it was not registered between '04 and '12 for what thats worth. Garaged Dallas car its whole life.

Pretty nice looking car - I'd say 28-33 from the pics and info. I asssume that you dont have the booklets.
