Look what we ran across this evening. 1973 RHD Carrera RS Lightweight !

We went out to the local car gathering this evening and ran across this gem:











Its a 1973 right hand drive Carrera lightweight. The car was incredibly clean and very straight.

The gentleman drove it there and ended up getting on the freeway right behind me on the way home. Gave him a thumbs up as he passed me going up the hill.

I cant imagine what that car is worth...

I almost went there. Looks like some nice cars showed up. The drive during peak traffic from Rocklin to EDH is a little too much for a Tuesday Night. I'm waiting for the August event over on this side of town. I doubt that car will come this far. I'm sure it will be at the Serrano Concours show in October. I'll get to check it out then.
