P's & C's - do they have a value?

So I had a 72E for a while, it was a rusty POS. I bought it from an older gentleman who told me he had made the money shift. This was back in the 70's, and alcohol was involved. I think 4 of the 6 in the set could possibly be re-used. He had pulled these originals out, and actually travelled to Germany and picked up a fresh set from a dealer there - saying it was cheaper than buying here! Anyway, I am wondering if the 4 seemingly good P's & C's - or the set- have any value - or could the whole set be re-sleeved. He stored them in his garage, so cylinders have rust. I appreciate any opinions.
