Aluminum lug nut socket

Any better option than this one ? Suncoast Porsche Parts & Accessories Wheel Nut Socket

Looking for something that will protect the lugs, and from what i've read the nylon lined ones don't seem to hold up.

I don't like any of them. I use a thick zip lock bag between lug and socket.

I'm with Jeff (not like that!) - the two part wheel nut sockets are a joke and do not last long - the inner sleeve tears away from the outer socket (like the Sir Tools garbage one) and/or the insert gets beaten up too easily (like I bet the all aluminum one in your link would).

so the ziplock protects the lugs ?

These are the best solution to prevent scratching those aluminum lugs

^^^ It's supposed to be funny.
His point is to ditch the aluminum for the titanium lug nuts shown in the link. No special socket required.
