What sort of scam is 2040cars running?

This website seems to copying legitimate for sale ads from the internet.
But, the 2040cars ad also contains a fake email contact not present in the original ad.

Notice this fake copied ad and its outrageously low price
Find used 1986 Porsche 911 Cabriolet in El Cerrito, California, United States, for US $19,400.00

That ad was directly copied from this forum.
This Pelican ad is linked to an Ebay auction where the car sold for $32k.

What is also odd is that the fake 2040 ad has been manually edited to only include a portion of the original ad.
So this is not entirely automated, someone is spending time re-posting these ads without a bot?
