RUF BTR value

I'm new to the forum, but I'm an avid car guy and have owned a few 911s in the past. I'm currently looking at a 1986 911 turbo that has had a full RUF BTR III conversion (i.e., gauges, adjustable boost control, turbo, 3.4 engine (cams, etc.), suspension, etc.). Before I make an offer, I'm trying to get a sense of the current values on the car. I know these cars are tougher to value, but there scarcity (and flat out performance!) has me intrigued. The car has about 56K miles and is in impeccable shape (owned by company Executive who has a fleet of cars). Black on black with original fuchs (no RUF speedlines). Any insight on a ballpark value estimate on a car like this?

Assuming the this is a BTR 3 (motronic) and not BTR (cis) the price can vary. Who did the conversion? how long ago was the conversion? what and how many items of the RUF catalog was used during the conversion? original paint? original color? Are receipts of the conversion available? Location? $70-95k?

A 1986 BTR with 3.4, gauges, Guards Red / grey beige, four speed, 35k mile in superb condition sold at Mecum Chicago late this year for $119k before fees. Went to FL.

Wheels and intercooler (original Ruf) could be at least 7k. If you can even find an intercooler.
Steering wheel, wind splits... the list goes on.
Documentation? If it was not documented by Ruf I would only consider it a clone. Maybe "conversion" is the same? In for the expert opinions.
