2.7L California Engine - Complete but disassembled

I acquired a 2.7L complete engine (or I think it is complete - certainly all major components except the carbs) when I purchased a '74 project that had a 3.0 transplant. What is the market on the 2.7 engine? It is complete including heat exchangers but the heads have been removed. It had Webers but I sold those separately.

From $2-6K, with the 6K number being for one that has some history and is relatively good to go. At least that's what I have been paying.
