I got a private message from this user (1405) on what I posted that I WTB a pair of steel 914 rear flares. He stated this:
Yes. I have these parts and could check for other parts if you make a list to ivey1405@gmail.com

A working phone number will be great too.

Under his profile name (1405) it shows the word banned and it also shows that he just joined on 12/17/2017.
Now I am not stupid because I have gotten responces like this one in the past for other parts that I was looking for so I emailed him that I had no money but I would trade him Fuchs wheel for the flares. The Fuchs wheels I have are worth in excess of $3k so this would be a great deal for someone that was sincere. My guess is hes a scammer.
My question is when it says banned unter the profle name is that conclusive that he has already been caught by Pelican's supervisor and banned from this site or what.
In no way would I trade Fuchs wheels for a set of flares of any kind so what's up with this guy.

Correct - if there is a 'Banned' tag under their name, it means that we've already addressed the issue.
