A New years what will it bring?... 69 and a 73 both hot-rodded on BAT...

lots! the orange one IMO would have more eye appeal with a narrow body front. the yellow one makes me wish my 75 had remained a narrow body. the fact that flares are so prevalent even on early cars today the narrow look is so appealing to me. I know the tire width is key for some, but I'm sure I could have a lot of fun with a properly set up 911 with 4 matching tires sizes. I'm sure I could adjust my skills some & even learn a thing or 5 more about driving a AC 911.

Ahhhh - tired of these unoriginal cars. My guess is that they will sell for too much.

I completely agree.

On a less serious side, I bet those cars don't even have their books Christian.

That yellow car ticks my boxes, but if you are gonna have Jeff install a 3.2 at least rebuild the top end, cam it, and put a set of his slide valves on it. And put an lsd in the box at a minimum. It will go in the $120s which is about 25 too much imo.

I couldn’t agree more with the preference for a narrow bodied hot rod, which is why I couldn’t resist buying this beauty with a 3.2 I just had converted to EFI with ITB’s!

Sal, I bet that they come with this magazine in the glovebox instead of the booklets.

Both look great....... Orange $110,000 to $120,000, Yellow $80,000 (no sale) to $100,000.

IMO; Much more authentic hotrods than any of the backdates that pull big numbers.....

I like the look of the yellow car, inside and out, but the drive train and brakes of the Orange car, I really hate roll bars in a street car.
These 911 style statements must be the flavor of the month, good flavor, but seems rather trendy now, a lot of Magnus followers is right.

The yellow car will out sell the Orange car because looks sell.
I think Macroni #'s reversed.

I'd say the yellow car brings more money....for two main reasons:

1. The yellow car is better looking..more vintage.
2. The orange car is not in the United States. It's in Greece. That will eliminate a chunk of bidders.

I didnt even comment on the orange car because Greece. Duel does amazing stuff but is largely unknown here in rhe States. That car is staying in Europe.

I'll take the yellow car with the orange cars engine and steering wheel. Also get rid of the modern stereo.

I remember seeing this car with NW Euro and loving it. Great buy.
