just take a flatbed and pry it off from the top of the horn pad. Is literary just pop on. Make sure you buy that 27mm socket to take the wheel nut off before you get started.

There is a bracket that bolts to the body (looks similar to one pictured above). Not sure if that was aftermarket or not, but it certainly helps support the back of the head unit from sitting at too...
