I've had that vacuum hose pop-out of the tee fitting, causing low boost performance (and slow lap times!). I just used some silicone sealer to make sure it didn't come out again.

My oil cooler leaked too. All I had to do to stop the leak was to tighten the hose fittings. They are screwed into the oil cooler itself.
