yeah I have had & still have my share of minor leaks. I guess my next step is to get some new Caster Blocks on & take it for a drive & see whats improved & what to work on next. So thats gonna kill...

Looked at my caster blocks & they are now on my list of parts to order. They dont look so bad but not like new either. Originals, so better to replace.

Well I decided to pull the relay & that wasnt easy, it was practially siezed in place. I had to pull the fuse box down to get it out. After I pulled it out I seen it was the original made in 04/83...

Fuse #3 is the one melting. #6 does not melt....

Fuse #3 is the one melting. #6 does not melt. Both fans spin free by hand. With key forward & AC on only the drivers side spins....I flipped fans upside down to reverse fans & same result, drivers...

Thanks for the help everyone... Both fans spin freely by hand but I do remember the hearing the fans kicking on before the fuse melted, quite possibly could have been only 1 though. Im a bit leary...

I replaced mine about a year ago with some from E-bay which had the 951 part # for around $90.00 (pair) Dont remember the brand but as long as the 951 part # is on them then there correct & will work...
