So...any reason why there would be more visible exhaust out one side than the other? It is just the white cold exhaust and disappears when the car warms up but the left side pumps out way more than...

Good news! I was able to get a tap in there to chase the threads with the pipes still on the car. It appeared that the metal for the sensor was softer than the stainless and it galled up inside...
