2 layers type x fire code 5/8 drywall on RC channel between all garage and living area separations. This will give a two hour rated fire envelope if one hour is required then only one layer of 5/8...

Sounds like a bad turbo rebuild reading that your 3ldz is working correct you can check out the turbo in question go to the turbo check shaft tolerances ( They are in the workshop Manuel) if good...

I have never seen two cdi boxes but I have a 77 But methinks that second cdi setup is a mod and your setup will work with one cdi setup.

As far as i know the bumper is a one piece unit...

As far as i know the bumper is a one piece unit and it cannot sag two thick no nothing attaches to the light bar but I have a 77.
