I have the same issue shred. I just finished "converting" my CBR1000RR to a sport-tourer. Sport touring windscreen, gel seat, Apex bars and risers, and the MFW pegs. The pegs appear to be well made...

Totally different throttle response. Again, IMHO, the roll on times tell the torque story. Nonetheless, I still want another sport twin......a nice watercooled, DOHC, R13xxS would do...
