Just ordered Pirelli Cinturato P7Ns from Lucas Classic Tires. 225/50-R15 for the front and 285/40-R15 for the rear. They knew what I needed just from giving them the car information.

I bought 1/2 inch thick high impact rubber foam from McMaster Carr. Cut to fit fender shape over tire. Glued into place with 3M weatherstrip adhesive. Then covered with a thin layer of Fiberglas....
