To do the conversion, you'd have to swap out AT LEAST your hood and front fascia, not exactly a direct replacement.

I'm guessing the bulbs themselves are starting to go... the new kits now aren't that expensive, and install the same way as before. I've never had a kit before but it is something I'd like to do on...
