1 ea of your adjustment arms for the ac and power steering ( the clean ones )

it was the 15 amp fuse

so it was a fuse i checked it with a meter and it showed power so i figured they were all good but in the end i just pulled all of them for a visual inspection and found it, thanks so now my issue is...
