Question E30 or E36 (a bit of confusion)

First off, yeah yeah I'm new to this BMW stuff (only my second one) ......ok since we're clear on that, I have a 91 318i VIN WBAAJ9319MEJ03238 and I have no idea if it's a E30 or E36 since parts catalogs list both models for year 1991. It's a four door if that helps. I've been all over the web and haven't found the answer.
ThanksSmile Wavy

NATURE? the interior color?

Just for reference, there was only an E30 318i in 1991.

You are most welcome Smurfwarrior.

Are the Smurfs really all that warlike?

Yeah, I got that nickname because I'm a cop and used to wear a blue uniform (Brown now). That combined with me not being the tallest person in the world and a "active" street cop got me labeled as Smurfwarrior.

Jared, did you get my email concerning the tech notes for clutch replacement for 91 318i w/ac? Thanks a bunch guys, now if only I can figure out the best spot to place jack stands I'll be on my way!

I am now picturing a Smurf 5.0 wearing the doubled mirrored sunglasses, pulling me over for going 80 in a 35, lol. "I smurfed you at well over the posted speed limit. Please step out of the car"

I'm looking for the clutch article now. I think Wayne has the actual article on his hard drive, but i dont have access to it, and he's not here right now. I'll get it to you asap. The article is for his E36 318is however your car has the same engine/trans so it will apply to your needs.
