The codes represent problems stored in the engine computer. When your check engine light comes on this signifies that a code is stored. You should be able to find a description of the actual codes online. Do you have a way to read the codes or is how to get the codes your question?

I've unlocked the OBC, Accessed test register 15 and gotten some codes from the OBC... I need to find out what the codes in this register refer to and what they mean.
I can't seem to find the info anywhere!

I'm pretty sure that the DIAG codes stored in 15 aren't actually fault codes. I cant say for sure but I've never seen a list translating them and everyone, including me, buys code readers to pull engine fault codes.

I have an engine code to clear tonight. I'll check 15 before and after to see if it changes.
