Rattle comming from rear end

Hi all,

I'm hoping that someone will be able to give me a couple of pointers to the source of a rattle i have coming from the rear left of my 323 saloon.

i have replaced the rear sway bar links and checked the rear top mounts but the rattle still exists.

it is definitely suspension related. any ideas??????

Could be your rear trailing arm bushing or subframe bushing.

Rear shock mounts are the most common. Re-double check them and Yuricks comment.

Eliminate the brake pads as a source by testing the rattle while braking. Check the exhaust hangers.
