Problems on 1992 318 i My problem child!!!!!!!

Where are the flapers for Climate control system? Dose any one have any pictures of how to get to them are these electric controlled? I am not getting any air through defrost vents and the hot air is luke warm coming out of the front and floor vents, I am also only getting one speed. I replaced the control panel hoping it was the problem but no cigar. Should I replace the entire control box for the Ac/ Heater. Has anyone done this and can give me step by step instructions or pictures. I can take pictures of step by step procees if needed, but hoping someone else has already done this.

Was having problems with brake lights followed the direction found on site about wiring could be problem but lucky me it was the switch sticking ordered new switch. But put new wire loom and taped it for precaution.

Replacing Instrument Cluster is this a hard job I need to do this also for the markings are pealing off. Anyone done this yet that can give me a little in sight.

Last thing needing to be done is the struts and shock hopeful not to hard of a job to do!

The flappers are in various places. Bentley repair manual should tell you where each one is. Also try RealOEM.com for diagrams.
