Window trouble, window gets stuck going up...

When i try to roll up my driver's side window, the front of the window lags a bit and gets stuck, and the window rolls back down. If i force it towards the back of the car, it will roll up, however. Is it time for a new window regulator, or some other sort of a problem? Please help, this is really annoying.

It sounds like the track or the gears are loose or bent or something. Have you tried looking inside the door panel?

On an e36, the plastic slider that moves down the track in the window regulator wears out eventually and pops out of place. The previous generation 5 series had a similar mechanism and they have this problem as well. The e30 3-series had a much more robust window regulator.

Instructions and pics are here.

I did look inside the door panel, nothing looks bent or out of place to me. I tried to put some white lithium grease on the plastic sliders, but no dice. Also, the plastic sliders were replaced just recently, because that was what I thought caused the problem, but that didn't solve it, or make any difference for that matter.

Get driver update daily.I recommend to use driver detective which will be usefull to you or it will be a virus which make these type of trouble.Just stop download the files from the internet or recommended to use Quik Heal Antivirus.
