I HAVE BMW 318I SE TOURING REG 2002 [FACE LIFT STYLE] IT DRIVES BEAUTIFULL,BUT AFTER A WHILE IT THROWS OUT WHITE SMOKE.COULD IT BE THE CAT/CONVERTOR,I HAD THE BREATHERS DONE AND FILTERS ON A SERVICE.THE HEAD GASKET HAS NOT GONE,ANY IDEAS WHAT IT COULD BE

White smoke is likely coolant. I would pressure test the cooling system. If the system will not hold pressure and there are no external leaks the head gasket may be faulty.
