Have a bmw Mini Cooper s. Have had a P0030 code which is heater circuit bank 1. Have replaced the O2 sensor but code come back immediately on restart. Has 12v and earth at the plug and at the sensor end, fuse is ok so not sure what else to check... Any ideas?

Does the battery volts supply to the heater have good voltage under a load?
