Viktor320 , the O2 sensor from a 2.0 engine is made by siemens , the O2 sensor from a 2.5 engine is made by bosch ... a Bosch sensor wont work on a 2.0 engine with Siemens ECU , and a Siemens sensor won't work on 2.5 engine with Bosch ECU .. same rule applies with other sensors such as crank shaft position sensor , and knock sensors ...
I have a question for Pelicanparts ... i know i have a bad O2 sensor .. it giving me a code for a bad O2 sensor , but the question is , is it better to disconnect a malfunctioning O2 sensor until i replace it when i have time , or just keep it plugged in until i replace it ?
The second question is , if i get a Bosch O2 sensor with the same 4 wires .. but different plug want to use a sensor from an e39 on e34 can i use the sensor and cut and re-wire the plug so that it would plug in my engine ? Thanks in advance

Just leave it plugged in, replace when you have time.

Bosch does make universal sensors, I haven't had much luck with them. In theory should be fine.
