Scott... there are a number of seals on the "cam case." Exactly what seal you are referring to? (Oil creeps so it may appear coming from one area but in reality it's coming from another.)

2.5 years is rather a short time period for work done to fail in terms of sealing. Assuming this is a gasket or o-ring failure, I'd suggest the work done being suspect. The exception to that is if a part failed. Bottom line, it's difficult to say who or what's to blame until a "forensic study" is done on the genuinely leaking area.

"Restrictors" increase oil pressure. I forgot where those are placed. Am not sure they prevent oil from accumulating when the car sits for a long time. Why are you wanting to do this?

Driving with oil leaking? Probably very few Porsche's on the road that are leak-free! Concern arises when oil leaks on a hot exhaust. It's a potential fire hazard. I've never heard of a 911 oil fire but have heard to watch for oil leaks that get on the exhaust.
