Chromolly pushrods and the rocker spacers are also sometimes sold as "upgrades" to solid-lifter motors. So they are not an absolute proof--but they are strong indicators. The only way to be completely certain is to pull out the lifters and check them.
However, with 0.006" of valve lash I think it's safe to say they're solid lifters--particularly if they do have the spring between the rocker arms and the fatter aluminum pushrods.
