Your head gasket is gone.
With a bad oil cooler you will get oil in your coolant (oil 75 PSI vs. coolant at 16 PSI)
Mineral spirits, carb cleaner, hot water, etc, have just become your new best friends
Get the oil pan cleaned out asap -
