Are you implying all Tial wastegates use titanium fasteners?
More likely stainless steel if anything..
I really really doubt it.
Maybe ones sold for competition use, but the expense of machined to size titanium bolts is huge compared to regular steel bolts and the weight difference in this quantity is small.
